MyPod is a cluster of fitness equipment integrated into a single item of furniture. It reduces the equipment needed to activate 20 muscle groups to just six functional blocks.

MyPod is an organic component of an integrated format conceived by BeBetter, the “Health Marketing Lab” division of Studio Casti which, starting from DNA analysis, offers a series of customized therapies relating to health, beauty and well-being in general.

In particular, the focus in the final stage concerning functional physical activities envisages an activity protocol named “6FOR20”. This is a training experience based on personal genetic predisposition managed thanks to “VirtualGym” – augmented reality software that displays “angles of action” in the space next to the equipment.
